Job Description

OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Head to lead all branding, advertising, and growth initiatives for our real-estate portfolio in Katni. This role requires someone who understands the pulse of the local market, can build high-impact campaigns, and can drive consistent site visits, bookings, and brand trust.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy for all residential and commercial projects.
  • Strengthen the brand’s presence across Katni through consistent messaging, storytelling, and design.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and maintain a strong understanding of Katni’s real-estate market dynamics.
  • 2. Lead Generation & Sales GrowthCreate high-performing campaigns to generate qualified leads across offline and digital channels.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to improve conversion funnel (site visits → bookings).
  • Track and optimize key metrics: CPL, CPV, booking velocity, and campaign ROI.
  • 3. Advertising & Creative DirectionLead the creation of hoardings, newspaper ads, standees, brochures, and reel scripts.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts including Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Ensure content is high-quality, hyper-local, and tailored to Katni’s audience.
  • 4. Events, Launches & On-Ground ActivationPlan and execute launch events, festive promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, influencers, media houses, and agencies.
  • Drive traffic to the site through offline activations, roadshows, and brand experiences.
  • 5. Market Research & Consumer InsightsRun field surveys, price benchmarking, and sentiment analysis across Katni neighbourhoods.
  • Identify emerging customer needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly analytics reports for leadership.
  • 6. Team & Vendor ManagementHire and manage designers, digital marketers, vendors, and external agencies.
  • Negotiate and manage advertising budgets across print, outdoor, and digital.
  • Ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Qualifications5–10 years of marketing experience; at least 2–3 years in real estate preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Katni/Jabalpur local market is a strong advantage.
  • Strong creative judgment and experience leading ad creatives/visual communication.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, CRM tools).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills in Hindi + English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
