Locations: Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, North East, Karnataka, Delhi Working Days: 5 days work week Interview Mode: Video Interview Training: All selected candidates will be part of a two training process under the Business Development Trainee (BDT) profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. On successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA) CTC for BDT (During 2 months of training): Rs.3,00,000 {Fixed pay} and Rs. 2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) per annum CTC for BDA (Post successful training): Rs. 10,00,000 (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) per annum What we are looking for (Preferred Skill Sets):. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country about one of the world’s most loved learning apps and how it will help students learn not just for exams, but way beyond. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU’s unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning pedagogies and BYJU’s personalized learning journey. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales (office work)and direct sales (fieldwork).
