Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Channel Management:

  • Oversee multiple sales channels, including direct, online, and third-party distribution.
  • Ensure consistency in customer engagement and satisfaction across all sales platforms.
  • Coordinate between sales, marketing, and customer service teams to manage customer interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, and feedback systems.

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to set sales targets and channel-specific goals.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize the sales process across channels.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all customer touchpoints.

Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:

  • Use CRM software to track leads, prospects, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns aimed at customer acquisition.
  • Engage with potential customers through multiple channels to convert leads into sales.

Customer Support & Feedback:

  • Act as a point of contact for resolving customer complaints or concerns.
  • Implement post-sales support strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze customer data to understand buying patterns, preferences, and trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and channel effectiveness.
  • Utilize data insights to improve future sales strategies.

Cross-Channel Coordination:

  • Ensure seamless integration between different sales channels (e.g., e-commerce, retail, and distributors).
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions across all channels to avoid conflicts or discrepancies.

Training & Development:

  • Provide guidance and training to sales teams on customer relationship management best practices.
  • Keep teams updated on new CRM tools and sales techniques.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
