Job Description

1. Field Sales Executive/Manager

Job location – Sai industries Plot no A/35 Ranjangaon MIDC Tal – Shirur Dist – Pune.

Salary - 15k to 25k Depend on interview + Incentive – 5k + Bonus


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Management: Field sales managers are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives. This includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to help team members achieve their goals.

 

Sales Strategy Development: They work closely with senior management to develop sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives. This involves analysing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing plans to capitalize on them.


Territory Management: Field sales managers are often assigned specific geographic territories and are responsible for developing plans to maximize sales within those areas. This includes identifying key accounts, building relationships with customers, and ensuring adequate coverage of the territory.


Customer Relationship Management: They are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers. This involves understanding customer needs, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and working to build long-term partnerships that drive repeat business.


Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Field sales managers are responsible for forecasting sales volumes and reporting on sales performance to senior management. This involves analysing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve performance.

 

Product Knowledge and Training: They need to have a deep understanding of the products or services their company offers and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. They are also responsible for training their sales team on product features, benefits, and sales techniques.


Budget Management: Field sales managers are often responsible for managing budgets related to sales activities, such as travel expenses, promotional materials, and customer events. They need to ensure that expenses are managed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.


Market Research: They conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and stay informed about competitor activities. This involves gathering data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Field sales managers work closely with other departments within the organization, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.


Adaptability and Problem-Solving: In a dynamic sales environment, field sales managers need to be adaptable and able to quickly respond to changing market conditions and customer needs. They also need strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise in the sales process.


EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

Minimum 1 – 2 Year Experience In Relevant Field

Diploma, B.Tech, Engineering, B.E, M.E , MBA

Proven experience in Related Industries or similar role, with a successful track record.

SKILLS:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with procurement software systems and tools.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract management, and supply chain best practices
