What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement management information systems (MIS) to streamline operations and improve data flow across the organization.
• Develop automated processes using Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.) to manage data, track performance, and generate reports.
• Integrate WhatsApp with Google Workspace for real-time updates, notifications, and communication across departments.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their requirements and create customized solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and security within all systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in MIS or IT roles, with strong proficiency in Google Workspace and WhatsApp integration.
• Expertise in creating automated workflows and managing data using Google Sheets, Apps Script, and other Google tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to understand business processes and develop effective digital solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
