Job Description



Responsibilities:


1. Client Outreach:


Make outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about pre-wedding shoot packages, services, and offers.


Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns.




2. Client Consultation:


Understand client needs and explain how your studio’s services can meet their requirements.


Schedule appointments for studio visits, consultations, or photo shoots.




3. Lead Generation:


Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings by effectively communicating the value of your services.


Update and maintain a database of client leads, tracking interactions and follow-ups.




4. Customer Service:


Handle incoming calls, answer questions about services, and assist clients with booking processes.


Resolve customer concerns or direct them to the relevant department.




5. Sales Support:


Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and providing them with detailed client information.


Upsell and promote add-on services like makeup artists, custom sets, or premium photo packages.




6. Reporting:


Keep records of calls, bookings, and client interactions.


Provide regular reports to management on client feedback, conversion rates, and booking trends.





Skills & Qualifications:


1. Experience:


Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a wedding or events-related business.




2. Communication Skills:


Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (if relevant).


Ability to listen actively and respond to customer queries effectively.




3. Sales & Persuasion:


Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals over the phone.


Comfort with following up on cold and warm leads to convert them into bookings.




4. Customer-Centric Approach:


Patience, empathy, and a focus on building strong client relationships.




5. Organizational Skills:


Ability to maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads in a timely manner.




6. Tech Proficiency:


Familiarity with CRM systems or software for lead tracking and reporting.


Basic computer skills for managing emails, reports, and data entry.




7. Target-Oriented:


Ability to meet and exceed call targets and conversion rates.
