Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a client base by prospecting, networking, and utilizing referral systems. Actively seek out new clients and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Property Listings: Assist sellers in preparing, listing, and marketing properties for sale. Provide advice on pricing, staging, and improvements to maximize property value.

• Negotiation & Contract Management: Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating offers and closing deals. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and neighborhood conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations. Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
