We are currently hiring people with at least 6 months of BPO experience for Customer Service Executive Need Immediate Joiners Designation - Customer Service Executive Open Position - 10 Employment Type - Full-Time, Permanent Location - Hingna Road Joining - ASAP Salary - 1.5 LPA to 2.0 LPA Desired Candidate Profile Experience : Candidate Should have at least 1-2 years of experience Handling a Voice (Outbound or Inbound) team. Qualification : University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the English language. 6+ months of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers who spoke English. Requirement - ● Must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English speaking, average computer skills, and the ability to solve the customer's queries quickly. For this they are also required to have good listening skills and having a neutral accent will only help. ● Must be flexible and a team player to get stuck in when the team needs you, Always be professional, punctual, and reliable. ● Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues. ● Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers.
