Job Details & Requirements Designation: Customer Service Associate Process Type- Voice Experience- 1 year experience in any BPO. Qualification- Any Graduate/HSC Job Type: Full-time Shift timing & Week off: 8 hours rotational shift. 6 days working 1 rotational week off. Salary: ₹17,000 - ₹25,000 per month Requirements: • Should be ready to work for the Voice process • Must have excellent communication skills in English with fluency & Hindi. • Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge. • Ready for rotational shifts & rotational week offs. • Immediate joiners Preferred. Job Description • Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements • Managing the sales bid process. • Working closely with Presales to ensure successful closure of the sales process. • Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes • Need to have prior experience within presales • Need to possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills • Need to have strong presentation skills • Need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
