Demat Sales Executive

About the Role :

Finnovationz is hiring experienced Demat Account Executives who can efficiently open and activate Demat accounts for clients, while providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience.

This role is crucial for scaling our investor community and empowering long-term investors to start their wealth creation journey with confidence. We are looking for candidates who have a strong understanding of Demat account processes and can handle calls, documentation, and client coordination professionally.

• Key Responsibilities1.

1.Demat Account Opening & Activation

• Call potential clients and explain the Demat account opening process
• Assist clients in completing KYC and documentation
• Ensure accurate submission of forms and documents
• Follow up until the Demat account is successfully activated
• Coordinate with internal teams and the DP/broker for smooth onboarding

2. Client Communication & Follow-up

• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style
• Address client queries and concerns patiently
• Ensure timely follow-ups to reduce drop-offs
• Track progress and update the CRM regularly

3. Long-Term Investing Guidance

• Explain the benefits of long-term investing
• Help clients understand the purpose and usage of Demat accounts
• Encourage clients to start their long-term wealth-building journey
• Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in Demat account opening and activation
• Strong knowledge of Demat account processes and KYC
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi + Marathi fluent)
• Confident with calling, follow-ups, and client handling
• Professional, customer-first attitude
• Basic understanding of finance and investing
• Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience working with DP / Broker / Registrar
• Exposure to investment platforms and long-term investing
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel
