Automotive Industry - Cylinder Block, Head , Crank shaft, Cam shaft, Gear m/c, Tear 1 machine shop etc. Experience in handling Machine shop (CNC : Machining centre/ HMC / VMC / Turning / Milling) Preferably experience in Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head, Crank shaft, Crankcase, Transcase, Cam shaft etc. 1. Experience in CNC Machine - Makino, Mazak, DMG, AMS, Robodrill etc. 2. Experience in CNC controller - Fanuc, Mazatrol ,Siemens etc. 3. Experience in PLC Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Modification, Programming - Mitsubishi, Siemens, Messung. 4. Exposure to Predictive maintenance (TBM, CBM) 5. Experience in geometrical testing of CNC m/c, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical system 6. Experience in Axis maintenance, spindle maintenance, APC, ATC maintenance, Encoder, Servo Drive, Servo motor , Induction motor, scanner, SPM machine etc. 7. Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implement the same. 8.Familiar with Capturing Predictive data for various CNC machines. 9. Read, write and modify the Electrical circuit diagram and PLC program, CNC Parameter. 10.Good vendor network for repairing gearboxes, spindle assemblies, slides, Drive, and measuring geometrical position accuracy
