Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Position: Executive Assistant to MD (Male)

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 5-6 years in a similar role

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact between the Managing Director (MD) and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate the MD’s schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents for management meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle matters with discretion.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth flow of information and timely completion of tasks.
• Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Track and follow up on pending work, commitments, and deadlines.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for the MD.
• Support in strategic projects and business initiatives as directed by the MD.
• Represent the MD in meetings when required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent typing speed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
