HCL Tech Nagpur is hiring HR IT Recruiter.

ROLE: Talent Acquisition Executive

LOCATION: HCLTech, MIHAN, Nagpur

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA/ REQUIREMENT:

- 1 to 3 years of End-to-End Core IT recruitment experience

- Thorough knowledge of HR concepts (primarily Recruitment & Onboarding), IT Skills (from hiring standpoint), Naukri Job Portal and any ATS tool

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Words

- MBA HR Graduate

- Excellent English Communication Skills (must for stakeholder management)

- Candidates from Nagpur will be preferred

- This is a 'Work-From-Office' job

- This is an immediate requirement (due to business urgency)

- This opportunity will be on Third Party Role initially
