Key Responsibilities: -  Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role  Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.  Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written  Problem-solving aptitude  Graduate or post Graduate  Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity  Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.  WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.

What is Expected :

 Reporting throughout till the site’s completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question  Managing a team of Supervisors/Field Co coordinators: Allocate the sites to supervisors/ Field Coordinators and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline and product use.  Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites  facilitating site planning meetings  tracking company resource usage  identifying project risks and proposing solutions  dispatching subcontractors and equipment

 measuring and managing client satisfaction  facilitating weekly operations meetings  coordinating equipment maintenance  Coordination with Labours:- Regarding their salary, Advance pay salary, leave, and food Expenses coordinating with HR.  Coordination with clients regarding site readiness- issues, Site Issues and resolution, coordination regarding the work status of a site or any other site challenges.  Responsible for Stock Inventory.  Take interviews for supervisors or any as directed  Conduct official meetings and training for staff as required.
