Responsibilities Training & Development : • To coordinate training needs for betterment & personal growth • To coordinate increasing the similarity between the training & the job • Collect the training topics from the technical heads • Collect the feedback forms Collect the training forms on the same day & ensure all the details filled by the trainees. Payroll : • To coordinate in processing monthly salary for staff . • Have to take care of the employee’s salary related queries • To coordinate in preparing payroll deductions & compute payroll adjustments • Distribution of salary to coordinate in making monthly salary Other : • Entries of OT forms & calculating overtime • Entries of leave application • Make entries of late coming & early going • Checking people hours • Gate pass entries • Error free entries of overtime. • Error free entries of leave application. • Error free entries of late coming & early going. Maintaining mustar. Any other task as assigned by Management. PARTICULARS: 1. Salary to be disbursed before by 7th of every month. 2. PF,ESIC Challan to be done before 15th of every month. 3. MRM to be conducted monthly. 4. Notice to be Issued 100% Adherence (Minimum 20 PM). 5. Trainings to be conducted 1.5 per month per employee. 6. Full and Final settlement of employees to be done before 15th of every month. 7. Daily attendance report to be sent to Management. 8. List of employees who are above ESIC limit to be sent to accounts department. 9. New joinee forms to be checked when joining done.
