Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects/orders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 2 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.
