Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Tele callers to join our sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, explaining project details, and setting appointments for our field sales executives.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Generate and qualify leads through tele calling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Schedule site visits for interested clients.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales call targets.

• Skills & Qualifications
• For Freshers: Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales (training will be provided).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• For Experienced Candidates:
• Prior tele calling or tele sales experience (real estate preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
• Requirements Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Fluency in Hindi/English; additional languages are an advantage.
