- To maintain the line, ensure the preventive maintenance as well as predicative maintenance adherenace.
- To solve the chronic issues.
- Spare part planning.
- PM activity.
- In depth analysis for b/d, major & minor stoppages and breakdown.
- To understand the MTTR & MTBF.
- Safety.
- New project implementation & eliminate unsafe conditions and fatigue operations.
- 100% legal complinance adherenace.
- Kaizen improvement & contirbution in the TPM Activity.
