Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Should have bulk hiring experience
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs


Requirements:

  • 2 years of core recruitment experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ready to travel for recruitment drives and events as an when required
