Operations Intern

Assist in loan application processing, documentation checks, and data entry

Coordinate with sales, credit, and collections teams for smooth workflow

Support KYC verification, compliance checks, and documentation validation

Maintain and update customer records in internal systems

Assist in daily operational tasks such as MIS reporting and data reconciliation

Review and escalate discrepancies in customer or loan documents

Help improve process efficiency through updated SOPs and workflow tracking

Provide backend support to branch operations and customer service teams
