Sales Executive – Milk ATM Solutions

We design and manufacture advanced Milk ATM systems that help dairies, milk producers, cooperatives, and entrepreneurs sell fresh milk directly to consumers in a hygienic, sustainable, and profitable manner.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell AATMIL Milk ATM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dairy sector.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Promote AATMIL Milk ATM solutions to dairy owners, milk cooperatives, entrepreneurs, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for installation and after-sales support.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Reporting
- Maintain sales reports.
- Update lead status and sales pipeline regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Dairy Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Experience in dairy, FMCG, agriculture, machinery, equipment, or industrial sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in dairy equipment, milk processing, agricultural products, vending machines, or franchise sales will be an added advantage.
