Job Roles and Responsibilities Relationship Manager :- Making stipulated minimum telephonic calls daily as set by the Supervisor Meeting minimum number of clients daily as set by the Supervisor Daily update in CRM regarding daily planning, leads received Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best rates Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc. Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens smoothly Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/RBAs Maintain relationships with business banking Manage relationship with the customers by increasing business with existing clients and well as through Cross sell Complete focus of Scheduling Meetings with Customers, with Rupee Boss Associates, Number of Logins, Cross Sell, Insurance, and Number of Disbursal's on a daily basis.
