Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different media.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
