ob Title: Field Sales Executive / B2B Business Development (Target-Based Salary) Location: Nashik Industry: IT / Software Solutions Pay Type: Fixed Salary (Contingent) + High Commission Experience: 1 - 3 Years

💰 Compensation Structure (Read Carefully)This is a high-accountability sales role. We seek performers who are confident in their ability to achieve targets.

  • Base Salary (The Draw): ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
  • Commission: 10% on sales above the Minimum Sales Target (MST).
  • Travel Allowance: ₹150 per day (paid only if daily field activity is logged).
  • Total Potential Earning: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000+ per month.

The Core Condition for Base Salary Payment:The Base Salary (The Draw) is paid ONLY IF the Minimum Sales Target (MST) is successfully achieved for the month.

  • Minimum Sales Target (MST): Generate a minimum of ₹24,000 in company revenue per month.

  • Example: Sell 40 Digital Cards (Low Value) OR 5 AutoSMS Subscriptions (High Value).
  • If MST is NOT met: The employee receives ONLY the commission earned from their sales; the Base Salary is forfeited for that month.

🎯 Job Role & ResponsibilitiesThe primary goal is to drive high-volume adoption of our Digital Business Card and Automated Messaging (AutoSMS) solutions in the Nashik market.

  1. Field Activity: Conduct minimum 20-30 shop visits/client meetings daily in your assigned territory (e.g., College Road, Ambad MIDC).
  2. Target Client Focus: Directly approach and onboard business owners from specific, high-value sectors:

  • Second Hand Vehicle Showrooms and brokers.
  • Salon/Spa Owners and high-end retail.
  • Interior Designers and Architects.
  • LIC Agents and Financial Consultants.
  1. Product Demonstration: Conduct short, effective demonstrations of the Digital Card and AutoSMS tool on your smartphone, focusing on how it solves the client's lead generation or follow-up problems.
  2. Sales Closure: Handle objections, manage pricing, and close sales on the spot, ensuring immediate payment collection.
  3. Reporting: Use a daily tracking tool/app to log client visits, sales progress, and pipeline status.
  • ✅ Skills & RequirementsVehicle & Phone: Must own a Bike/Scooter and a reliable Smartphone.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, insurance, finance, or highly target-driven field sales.
  • Communication: Excellent command of Marathi and Hindi to effectively converse with local business owners in Nashik.
  • Mindset: Must be a "Hunter" who is motivated by targets and understands that income is directly tied to performance.
