Experience: 6 months to 1 Year

Salary Package: 15k to 18k

Key Responsibilities

1. Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products, services.

2. Customer Interaction: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.

3. Lead Generation: Identifying potential leads and following up to convert them into sales or gather valuable data

4. Product Knowledge: Being well-versed with the company’s products or services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

5. Recording Information: Accurately documenting customer details, feedback, and interactions with supervisor.

6. Meeting Targets: Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call targets, sales quotas, or customer satisfaction metrics.

7. Feedback Reporting: Providing feedback to the team or management about customer responses, common issues, or potential areas for improvement.

8. Continuous Learning: Staying updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques to improve performance.

Requirements :

- Good Communication Skill

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in any field

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
