At Emmas a Team Member is responsible for a variety of tasks including maintaining sanitation, preparing food, operating cash registers, and providing customer service. They are also expected to work well with others, as we at Emmas operate as a team to provide a great dining experience for our customers. Some of their specific responsibilities include preparing orders, cutting and chopping food, operating cash registers, and analyzing customer complaints and feedback for constant improvements. They are also responsible for keeping the lobby and counter clean and sanitized.
