Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Perform
- diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-ray, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound, and Mammography (as per qualification & certification).
- Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during procedures.
- Operate radiology equipment following safety and radiation protection guidelines.
- Maintain and calibrate radiology machines and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Verify patient identity and medical history before conducting procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely upload of images/reports into the system.
- Work closely with radiologists to support accurate diagnosis.
- Follow hygiene, sterilization, and quality control protocols.
- Manage patient flow efficiently to reduce waiting time.
- Coordinate with other departments (front desk, operations, path lab) for smooth functioning.
- Maintain records of imaging procedures and consumable usage.
- Provide assistance in emergency imaging needs when required.
- Comply with NABL/NABH standards and company policies.
