Job Opening:Customer Relationship Executive (Lead Generation Executive / Inbound Customer Service)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

• Available ProcessesMRC OB Premium – Lead Generation
• WYH Inbound Customer Service

Salary Range₹18,000 – ₹35,000

(Based on experience and communication skills)

• Shift TimingsMRC OB Premium: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• WYH Inbound CS: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Day Rotational)
• Last shift for female candidates: up to 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: 1 rotational off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Generate leads and qualify prospects
• Provide customer support and resolve queries
• Update and maintain records in the CRM system
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Excellent English communication is mandatory
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be comfortable with rotational day shifts
