Job Role: Customer Service Executive - PNB (Pay Near by)

Job Description:

PNB (PayNearby) is hiring Customer Service Executives to support customers by handling queries and providing timely resolutions. The role requires maintaining professional communication and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through appropriate communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
• Record customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

Shift Timing:

• 9-hour rotational shift between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
• 1 rotational week off

Qualification:

• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

Skills Required:

• Average communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling and problem-solving ability

Salary:

• ₹14,500 In-hand
