Job Description
Key responsibilities :
- Handling inbound & outbound calls from existing bank customers
- Providing prompt, accurate solutions to customer queries
- Promote and explain banking products.
- Generate revenue through upselling & cross selling initiatives
- Retain customers by offering relevant services and resolving issues professionally
- Focus on customer retention and activating new services
- Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
- Update customer records and database.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate Degree (any discipline)
- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Freshers are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred
- Age 18 to 32 years

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly)
- Fresher: 18,000/month fixed
- Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): 26,000/month (depends on your last inhand & interview)
- PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based Incentives on top of your fixed salary!
