Working Shift:

1st Shift - 6 AM to 3 PM

2nd Shift - 1 PM to 10PM


Job Description:

Handle customer inquiries through call, and email

Employ a problem- solving approach to address customer queries

Maintain a customer-centric approach.


Requirements:

Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi.

Basic knowledge of excel

Good typing speed
