Customer Support Executive

We are looking for candidates – with a background of handling Customer Service Support (commercial, technical combination is preferred) with an experience of 1-4 years in our company to ensure that he/ she is a support function to the Department stakeholders This Position will be based in Mumbai Key skills:

• Developing and maintaining database as required on a regular basis.

• Market Research work related to Business and New areas of operations

• With respect to Customer Service - To profile the prospects, understand their concerns and requirements for smooth flow of day-to-day task of the sales team as well as Vendors 

• Follow up 

• Communicating within the Departments for smooth operations

• Maintain regular follow-up and interaction with the identified prospects for a proper and complete understanding of requirements,

• Follow-ups regarding Pick up 

• Maintain and regular housekeeping of the Master data of the vendors. 

• Assist the Sales team 

• Build and promote strong and long-lasting interpersonal customer relationships with existing and new clients.

• Supporting all Sales Staff with collaterals -Business Cards, Complementary articles for promotion

• Responding to all HR requests, and support, as needed

• Review of Sales personnel activities

• Updating of all records – coordinate with TLs, if not uploaded

• Leave Records on Daily basis

• Daily Reports 

 Qualification: 

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil & other South Indian languages.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills. Proactive and self-motivated

• Good knowledge of making PPTs / Excel, ERP / Navision

• Good knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems.
