Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

·       Finance & Commercial

o  Manage vendor and customer invoices, accounts receivable/payable tracking, and TDS/GST compliance support.

o  Maintain and update financial dashboards, MIS reports, and assist in FP&A activities.

o  Track project-wise profitability, cost sheets, and commercial terms of contracts.

·       Zoho Systems & Reporting

o  Regularly update Zoho Books/CRM with invoices, receipts, vendor payments, credit/debit notes, etc.

o  Ensure accurate mapping of sales, finance, and operational data in Zoho for monthly reviews.

o  Generate reports from Zoho to provide visibility on cashflow, receivables, and project performance.

·       Sales & Business Support

o  Assist in quotation preparation, terms & conditions drafting (standard templates), and CRM tracking.

o  Monitor sales pipeline, maintain objection/issue log, and ensure timely follow-up with sales team.

o  Support in preparing marketing/booth/event materials in coordination with external vendors.

·       Executive Support to Director

o  Act as the Director’s extended arm for coordination with sales, finance, and operations.

o  Maintain schedules, track follow-ups, and prepare meeting notes/action trackers.

o  Ensure confidentiality and smooth flow of information between Director and teams.

Required Skills & Profile:

·       Graduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, CA Final or CA inter cleared, M.Com, MBA Finance preferred).

·       2–5 years of experience in finance/commercial/accounts or business support roles.

·       Strong working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Exposure to Zoho Books/CRM is an advantage.

·       Excellent communication, detail orientation, and ability to handle confidential information.
