HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and payroll coordination, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with department heads.
• Onboarding & Exit Management: Handle documentation for new joiners, conduct orientation, and manage the exit interview process for departing employees.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and workplace celebrations to maintain a positive work culture.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Maintain daily attendance tracking, manage leave records, and coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
• HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain physical and digital employee records, issue letters (Offer letters, Appointment letters, Appraisal letters), and handle employee grievances.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or HRMS software.
