Job Description
Responsibilities
• Conduct Basic & Advanced IIBF training for BC Agents/FOS/CSPs.
• Teach banking basics, KYC/AML, customer handling & exam syllabus.
• Take mock tests, clear doubts, and guide candidates for IIBF exam.
• Maintain attendance, training reports & confirmation letters.
• Coordinate with field team for batch formation and support.
Requirements
• Strong banking & CSP knowledge.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Experience in training (preferred).
