We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Import-Export Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our international trade operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance, particularly within the chemical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Import-Export Operations Management:

• Oversee the entire process of importing and exporting goods, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Manage documentation processes, including invoices, bills of lading, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and standards, including hazardous materials regulations.
• Stay updated with changes in import-export laws, tariffs, and restrictions, and communicate these changes to relevant departments.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, customers, and third-party service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
