Job Description: International Retention Specialist

Location: Ghansoli/Vashi

Salary: ₹30,000 + Unlimited Incentives

Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shifts

Days Off: 2 rotational week off


Qualifications:

HSC/Graduate

Relieving/Experience Letter required

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound retention calls from international customers, aiming to retain their business by addressing their concerns and offering suitable solutions. Your goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates while contributing to our company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Retention: Handle inbound calls from international customers to address their concerns and prevent cancellations.

Communication: Use excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Problem-Solving: Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services that meet customer needs.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential improvements in the retention process.


Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in international sales or customer service, particularly in a retention role.

Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle difficult conversations, and persuasive abilities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility: Ability to work rotational shifts and handle the dynamic nature of the role.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Documentation: Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools.
