Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of diagnostic centers, labs, or collection centers.
  • Ensure smooth workflow between registration, sample collection, processing, and report delivery.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, phlebotomists, and customer support for operational alignment.
  • Maintain adequate stock of consumables, reagents, and materials required for daily operations.
  • Process & Quality ControlEnsure compliance with NABL, ISO, and company quality standards.
  • Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) for sample processing and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure operational and quality adherence.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures.
  • Customer Support & ServiceHandle escalations related to operations, service issues, or report delays.
  • Ensure high standards of patient service experience at all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with call center/customer service teams for smooth execution of home collections or walk-in services.
  • Team CoordinationSupport hiring, training, and scheduling of operational staff.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Provide on-ground support to team members whenever required.
  • Vendor & Logistics ManagementCoordinate with logistics partners for timely sample transportation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment with vendor support.
  • Manage AMC schedules and vendor follow-ups.
  • Reporting & DocumentationMaintain operational documentation, MIS reports, daily logs, and performance dashboards.
  • Share weekly and monthly operational updates with the management team.
  • Skills & Qualifications:Education:Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
  • MBA in Healthcare/Operations (optional but preferred).
  • Experience:2–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare industry.
  • Key Skills:Strong understanding of diagnostic workflows.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of quality standards like NABL/ISO.
  • Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
