Operations Lead

Location: Jio Headquarters, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site (Work from office on all working days)

Reporting To: Head – Compensation and Benefits

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Lead to manage and streamline day-to-day operations within the Total Rewards function. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth execution of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes at scale, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. Experience in Payroll managed directly, in-house payroll not for clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities within the Compensation & Benefits team.
• Maintain and optimize SAP HR systems for compensation and benefits workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
• Generate and analyze reports using advanced Excel tools to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Support audits and data validation exercises related to compensation and benefits.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP HR modules.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll management.
• MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a large-scale organization.
• Proven track record of managing compensation and benefits operations efficiently.
• Experience in handling high-volume data and complex HR systems.
