Job OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Personal Loan Verification Executives to join our team. The role involves verifying customer information, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth processing of personal loan applications. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced telesales/loan verification candidates are welcome.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct verification calls with customers applying for personal loans.
• Validate applicant information such as identity, employment, income, and address.
• Update verification details accurately in the internal system.
• Follow compliance and quality guidelines set by the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve document or information gaps.
• Maintain follow-ups with customers to complete pending verifications.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to verification and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service during verification interactions.
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Telesales/loan process experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
