Position: Phone Banking Officer – Customer Service/ Sales

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Handling outbound sales for products like Insurance, Deposits, Gold Loans, and CASA (Current Account Savings Account).
• Achieving targets through online/virtual sales channels.
• Engaging customers effectively in English and one of the following languages:
• Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Marathi, Malayalam.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Online/Virtual Sales, preferably in a Contact Center setup.
• Education: Graduate (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and any one regional language.

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
