We are a dynamic IT and training startup specializing in a range of services, including Microsoft 365 licenses, migration to Microsoft 365, training programs, and automated reporting in Power BI. Our team is passionate about providing top-notch IT solutions and training to both large corporate clients and the MSME sector.

Position: Sales and Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Make proactive calls to potential customers in the large corporate and MSME sectors to introduce our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments with business owners or heads of departments (HODs) to discuss their IT needs and how our solutions can benefit them.
  • Communication: Craft and send professional emails, including mass mail campaigns, to inform clients about our offerings and updates.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the dynamic nature of our startup environment, taking on various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support our growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and telemarketing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus.
