Job Description
Job Title: Store Assistant (Fitness Fuel 360)
About the Role: Join our mission to fight India's fake supplement crisis! We are looking for an experienced Store Assistant to educate customers, drive sales, and keep our store running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Guide Customers: Educate buyers on product authenticity and match supplements to their fitness goals.
- Drive Sales: Handle FMCG sales, lead generation, and upselling.
- Manage the Floor: Oversee inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Operations: Handle daily cash transactions and maintain a welcoming store environment.
What You Need:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: 2+ years (Retail, Consumer Goods, or Healthcare preferred).
- Skills: Basic English, Cash Handling, Stock & Inventory Management, and Customer Service.
