Assistant all goods inward activities including purchase bills verification, unloading goods

and GRN along with purchase and sales for inward goods and sales orders queries on

inventory

Job Description

⮚ Review shipment instructions for export to check availability of goods.

⮚ Prepare Purchase requisitions post consultation with production and QC for goods to be

purchased.

⮚ Coordination with purchase team for inward of goods received as per PO.

⮚ Ensure weighbridge slip to be issued to truck driver for FTL

⮚ Prepare inward goods labels and sampling intimation slip.

⮚ Coordinate Vehicle inspection of inward goods by QC.

⮚ Prepare weight slip for every vehicle unloading.

⮚ GRN inward for each purchase item.

⮚ Report any shortage to Purchase Department.

⮚ Report any packaging damage.

⮚ Issue acknowledgement of LR copy to transporter .

⮚ Allocate inward goods against export and domestic orders drive sheet and narration in

tally and Odoo.

⮚ Internal Coordinate and execute all Purchase GRN for SFC location on account of JK

Botanicals Pvt Ltd

⮚ Prepare stock movement in Slip for rack allocation.

⮚ Coordinate with SFC for samples and goods transfer for Taloja Factory.

⮚ Internal Stock transfer from JK to JK Botanicals Pvt Ltd

⮚ Delivery Challan and GRN for all Internal Stock transfer.

⮚ Ensure Warai collection for each inward vehicle as applicable.

⮚ Stock reservation for certain material as per intimation from sales team.

⮚ Prepare export order sheet in google drive and dashboard (Daily basis)

⮚ Prepare vehicle checklist of all inward vehicle

⮚ Vehicle unload if supervisor on leave or Bulk vehicle for unload

⮚ Clear GMP points which is given by QC on dashboard

⮚ Provide samples to sales team & Purchase team

⮚ Prepare inward sheet on daily (Material-in share in g-drive)

⮚ shift the rejection out product to vendor and rejection - in product till the report comes

from QC department (TAT 15 days)
