Job Description:

• Experience in handling Call, Chat, and Email processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and resolve customer queries
• Customer-centric approach
• Proficient communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Capable of handling a team, resolving queries, and managing escalations
• Liaison between internal and external teams
• Responsible for sending communications via the app for operational updates and scheduled push notifications (PN) as required
• Conduct training, grooming, and managing escalation calls.
