Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Job Overview Niyakrish Concrete Blocks is hiring a dedicated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell high-quality concrete blocks (bricks) in Huliyurdurga and nearby areas. The ideal candidate enjoys fieldwork, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets with attractive rewards.

Key Responsibilities 

• Visit construction sites, dealers, and contractors to promote and sell bricks.
• Identify and follow up on new leads to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Submit daily sales reports and share market feedback with management.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Earnings & Allowances

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
• Incentive: ₹0.50 per brick sold (Performance-based)

• Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Requirements

• Minimum education: SSLC or PUC (preferred)
• Experience in field sales or building materials is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Huliyurdurga and nearby areas
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and hardworking
