We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Tele Collection Executive in the Banking Process.

Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Calling / Collection Process

Job Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to customers regarding payment follow-ups
Maintain professional communication with customers
Resolve customer queries related to dues and payments
Ensure timely collection and follow-up
Maintain daily call records and reports
Achieve assigned collection targets
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally
Target-oriented and positive attitude
Languages Preferred:
Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and other regional languages.
