Job Description
Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping in ERP/Tally systems.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closures.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and costing of furniture products.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Track manufacturing costs, raw material usage, and overhead allocation.
• Support management with profitability analysis and expense control.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, purchase orders, and financial records.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and accounting policies.
