• Identify and analyze tenders from government and private sector portals.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
• Review tender requirements and ensure all documentation and compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and project management, for bid preparation.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and competitor bidding strategies.
• Strong understanding of government tendering processes and e-procurement portals.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication Skill in English.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tendering.
