Job Description: B2B Sales Executive – Entrance Automation Products (Western India/Southern India)

Position Title: B2B Sales Executive

Location: Delhi

Region:Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh) and Southern India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana and Karnataka)

Industry: Entrance Automation (Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our sales team for the Western & Southern India region. The primary responsibility of the role is to drive sales of entrance automation products such as Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems. The ideal candidate will identify and establish relationships with key business clients, contractors, builders, and facility management companies in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key B2B clients.
  • Proactively engage with potential resellers, shutter manufactures and gate fabricators to generate leads for entrance automation products.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Meet sales targets and quotas as outlined by the company.
  1. Market Research & Client Targeting:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities in the entrance automation industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments within Western India.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for the region, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer retention strategies.
  1. Product Knowledge & Consultation:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's range of entrance automation products, including Doors, Shutters and Gates Automation Systems.
  • Offer technical advice to customers and suggest suitable solutions based on their specific needs.
  • Provide customers with customized solutions, including project estimation, product selection, and technical support.
  1. Account Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly visit clients and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Coordination & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the internal teams, including technical, service, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights using CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, construction, or entrance automation products.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automatic doors, industrial shutters, gates automation control systems, and other entrance automation products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized product solutions.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the Western India region to meet clients.
